Craps

Objective

In Craps, players bet on the outcome of the roll or a series of rolls of a pair of dice. The game revolves around the “shooter,” the player rolling the dice, and the various betting options available.

Betting

Before the shooter rolls the dice, players place their bets on the outcome. From simple bets on the total sum of the dice to more complex wagers on specific combinations, Craps offers a wide range of betting possibilities.

Come Out Roll

The game begins with the “come out roll.” If the shooter rolls a 7 or 11, it’s a win for “pass line” bets but a loss for “don’t pass line” bets. Rolling a 2, 3, or 12 results in the opposite outcome.

Point Phase

If the come out roll establishes a “point” (any number other than 2, 3, 7, 11, or 12), the game enters the point phase. The shooter continues rolling the dice until they either roll the point number again (a win for pass line bets) or roll a 7 (a loss for pass line bets).

Rolling The Dice

The shooter must roll both dice with one hand and ensure they hit the opposite wall of the Craps table for a fair roll. The outcome of each roll determines the fate of the various bets placed by players.

Winning and Losing

Depending on the outcome of the dice roll and the specific bets placed, players either win or lose their bets. The game’s fast-paced nature and multiple betting options make Craps an exciting and dynamic casino game.

Etiquette

Craps is a social game, and players are encouraged to cheer for each other’s successes and offer support during losing streaks. Following proper Craps etiquette enhances the overall experience for everyone at the table.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned veteran or a brand new player, the popularity of Craps is thanks to its exciting nature of “any roll can happen!”

Blackjack

Objective

The goal of Blackjack is simple: beat the dealer’s hand without going over 21. Each player competes against the dealer, not against one another.

Card Values

In Blackjack, numbered cards are worth their face value, meaning face cards (Jack, Queen, King) are worth 10, and Aces can be worth either 1 or 11, depending on the usage.

Getting Started

The game begins with each player placing their bets. Once bets are placed, the dealer deals two cards to each player, including themselves. One of the dealer’s cards is face up, while the other is face down.

Player's Turn

Starting from the player to the dealer’s left, each player decides whether to “hit” (take another card) or “stand” (keep their current hand). Players can also choose to “double down” (double their bet and receive one additional card) or “split” (split a pair into two separate hands).

Dealer's Turn

After all players have completed their actions, the dealer reveals their face-down card. The dealer must hit until their hand reaches a total of 17 or higher. If the dealer busts (goes over 21), all remaining players win.

Winning and Losing

Players win if their hand is closer to 21 than the dealer’s hand or if the dealer busts. However, if a player’s hand exceeds 21, they bust and lose their bet. Ties result in a push, and players retain their bets.

Blackjack

Achieving a “Blackjack” (an Ace and a 10-value card) in your initial two cards pays out at 3 to 2 odds, unless the dealer also has Blackjack, resulting in a push.

Etiquette

While playing Blackjack, it’s important to follow proper etiquette, such as not touching your cards with two hands and refraining from criticizing other players’ decisions.

The perfect blend of strategy and suspense, Blackjack is one of the most iconic casino table games around!

Roulette

Objective

In Roulette, players bet on where they think the ball will land on the spinning wheel. The game offers a variety of betting options, from simple bets on red or black to more complex wagers on specific numbers or groups of numbers.

Inside Bets

These bets are placed on specific numbers or small groups of numbers on the inside of the Roulette layout. They offer higher payouts but lower odds of winning. Inside bets include straight bets on single numbers, split bets on adjacent numbers, corner bets on four adjacent numbers, and more.

Outside Bets

These bets are placed on the outside of the Roulette layout and cover larger groups of numbers. They offer lower payouts but higher odds of winning. Outside bets include bets on red or black, even or odd, low or high numbers, and dozen bets (1-12, 13-24, 25-36).

The Spin

Once all bets are placed, the dealer spins the Roulette wheel in one direction and the ball in the opposite direction. As the wheel slows, the ball eventually comes to rest in one of the numbered pockets, determining the winning outcome.

Winning and Losing

Depending on where the ball lands, players either win or lose their bets. Payouts are determined based on the type of bet placed and the specific outcome of the spin. The excitement of watching the ball bounce around the wheel adds to the thrill of the game.

Whether you’re keeping things simple with just “red” or “black,” or deciding to go inside, outside or all around, Roulette is a thrilling casino staple!
